Forced to sign a copy right agreement

I paid a chassis builder a large sum of money to build a new race car for myself. I initially signed a contract with the chassis builder as to how much the car was going to cost and the options that come with it. Now that the car is completed he is trying to make me sign another contract stating that he owns the rights to the body of the race car and if I sell it and anybody else copies it I am liable and have to pay him $100,000.00. He wont sell me the car unless I sign this contract and he already has 90% of my money. I don't want to sign it. What are my options?

According to the first contract, he already sold you the car - if he doesn't deliver you can sue for the vehicle or your investment. You may want to check that first contract again making sure that you are not obligated to additional agreements...
