I have written and published an article on my website, and have also made it available on internet article sites for redistribution, provided the article remained unchanged, and the author credits were made.
I have found a blog post, in which my article was obviously rewritten, using what would appear to be an article rewriting program, or simply done by someone with a thesaurus. Is this legal, and if not, what are my options? My article link on my website: Pro Woodworking Tips.com-Setting Up a Home Woodshop Link to ezine articles, and distribution requirements: Setting Up a Home Woodshop Article Source: Lee Jesberger - EzineArticles.com Expert Author and: Setting up a home wood shop - by Lee Jesberger - Helium Link to rewritten blog article: My likes and Dislikes: Setting Up a Home Woodshop Thank you; LeeJ |

That is clearly illegal--you can demand they remove any such material and/or sue for infringement.
