When completing my on line form, I made a quick un-thought out decision to say I was a resident of the USA when I am in fact a resident of France. I am a US citizen and all my work has been in the US. I am old now and retired and have ended up living the winter months in France. I also hold a Swiss passport.
I spend more time out of France then in it ..but it doesn't change the fact that I am a resident there. I think my wish to be back here strongly pushed me to say that. I tried to call the office there to speak to them about it but I was too late for today.. I will do that again tomorrow.
I guess I want to know how easy is this to correct. (Hopefully a phone call can put it right) Am I in serious trouble for having done it? I probably won't hear back from you before I call tomorrow.

At what online form--US copyright or what?

I don't think under these circumstances it is going to be any issue at all.
