I live in Ohio. Can you publish artist sketches of criminal suspects? I would think that if you get the sketches off of Police Department websites or from the Police Department itself, it would be under the Freedom of Information Act, so there wouldn't be any copyright issues, right? Any advice about this would be greatly appreciated.
