Searching Trademarks registered in the United states
....The next step is to search the TESS (Trademark Electronic Search System) database, before filing your application, to determine whether anyone is already claiming trademark rights in a particular mark. You may conduct a search online for free via the TESS database. If your mark includes a design element, you will need to search it by using a design code. I did that but frankly it is confusing? Can the lawyers on the site here do it all for me? Cheaply!!
