EEK! screenplay plagiarism

Universal's 'Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor' uses public domain
material but steals all the action scenes from my screenplay 'Of Men & Myth: The Game of Gods' and art concepts exactly. My screenplay 'Of Men and Myth' registered Oct 11, 2006 with WGAW#1160182 was written 2005, and came from a unique piece of Degree Show Artwork 2000, Cleveland College of Art and Design, England. Lawyers are wanting $50,000 to take on my copyright/plagiarism case before even doing a company conflict search. Karl Smith (writer) imdb.com Karl Smith VI. Any help would be appreciated.

Contact world law's lawyers on the home page. They will likely give you a range of offers that you can choose from--much better than what you have seen so far apparently.

Thumbs Up Re: screenplay plagiarism

The WGAREGISTRY gave advice.

If Universal wish to get in touch and give me the appropriate 'writing credit' OR a job - I would discuss other high concept works of mine they could produce.

I shall press the lawsuit. Evidence is solid. The work is the same.

Those reading my objective 'Prima facie' will find it 'res ipsa loquitur'.

Rob Cohen is also working on Columbia's Sinbad which contains a Chinese Empress. (Another 'on the nose' character from 'Of Men and Myth'.) When a Director adds input to a script but its an 'on the nose' rip off of another writer's work where is the justice??? Does she shape-shift too???
