Infringement's
Truly i have had Intellectual property stolen, i looked at it that they where the ones with the money and wanted more of it leaving me out of my own copyright and trademark, property rights. I want to sue, as my ideas have been worth a lot of money i have had threats of members of a court that they have/ will delete the files containing the information i will need to prove i am intitled to a cut of profits recognition to being the founder and creator,
I filed in court in 1994-1995, What can i do to get these records from the court in the UK which should hold copies of these records, can i sue with out these records "What do i need to sue" let me know all |

If you cannot locate the records a lawyer will be able to do so for you.
