Copyrighted music on blog. Can i be sued?

Well, i run a music blog that posts the latest music before it even hits stores, and recently i posted up a new CD by an artist named Kaye Styles, and it isn't supposed to release until June. I received an email a short time after from Kaye Styles' manager, this is what it said.

"Recently i got these comments from Akon's lawyers and his men in suits, and here is what they wrote:

You have posted the latest UNRELEASED cd of Kaye Styles on the internet .
You have 24 hr to Take it of the site or we will press charges against this website i will also inform Konvict Music of this matter .

Should i be concerned?? I Have taken down the link, and that was all they asked me to do, but can they still potentially take legal action? Do you think before they do they will just ask me to remove the site completely? Or might they contact my ISP and have my internet cut off? This is stressing me out quite a bit. Please get back to me. I also have a disclaimer on my website, so maybe it will keep me out of trouble.

This is really stressing me out. Can someone give me any advice?

They could still sue but if you removed it ASAP they almost certainly will not take further action.
