dealer swindler
Since October, I paid a dealer $30,050 for 3 Nissan trucks to be bought and shipped to Nigeria. By December he was incommunicado!
After I reported him on ripoffreport.com, he sent 1 truck and $8,000 refund. Carfax shows odometer fraud on the vehicle! The 2nd vehicle which he claimed should have left for Nigeria on February 7, 2008 was reported by carfax as sold on 31 January 2008. He claims he won’t refund the $10,850 for the 2nd truck. This will cover the cost of damages he's suffered as a result of my post on ripoffreport.com I need adice in collecting my money. He’s dared me to go to court. |
