I purchased a car from a dealer in Tx,
and less than 48 hours later I wanted to return the car and was threatened with legal matters if I tried too. They did not have my trade title nor my pay stubs. However, after the threat I signed the title and gave them the paper work they wanted. Since then the lender has refused the loan as they called to verify some information from my wife and I and we told them we ddi not like the car and did not want to keep it, so they canceled the loan. Now the dealer says he will tote the note, can a dodge dealer do this as I understand it the contract is void. |

If you did not get financing then normally the car can be returned as that is a condition to the transaction.
