Default I got way more than I ordered, am I liable for excess?

Hi,

I ordered 200 gallons of propane to be delivered to my home, and instead received 900 gallons (at $2.40 per gallon). The propane company says that I have to pay for the excess. Is this in accordance with Colorado Law?
