Default Bank sued me for 2 judgments, what to do?

I refinanced 2 vehicles I had in Maine while stationed there. One of them was burned in a fire and my full coverage was supposed to pay it off, the insurance company called the bank and got the payoff info, sent a check, and recieved the title. A couple weeks later I find out the bank quoted the payoff on the other vehicle which was $2000 less and expected me to pay the remainder. I refused to pay it because they made a rediculous error. I dont know how they gave the insurance company the right account number to pay off but somehow quoted the ballance for the other vehicle. Well they filed a claim with small claims and I was sent overseas on deployment and missed the court date, they got the judgment plus other fees. What can I do about this?

Second, the other vehicle I refinanced there has some sreious paperwork issues. It was originaly bought by my wifes mom in florida, my wife was a cosigner on it. When we refinanced it with this bank in Maine I payed on it for about 4 months before I got a letter saying my registration was revoked. After digging I found out this bank was unable to get the title on this vehicle. My wifes mom is gone and never signed the title so this bank could not secure a new title in mine or my wifes name. Due to there not being a title I could not register the vehicle. I tried all I could do with the bank but I saw no reason to keep making payments on a vehicle I could not drive and once I paid off the loan I still would not get a title. I told them get the title strait and get it to where I can drive the vehicle and I will pay for it. They threatened me and kept adding all sorts of fees to the loan, including the fee where they were just applying for a title every month knowing it would be declined. They added all those processing fees to the loan account. Then they started saying they were going to reposses it for nonpayment, I told them "you know where I live come get it, its doing me no good." Well they couldnt repo it because they didnt have a title, they could do nothing with it, like I can do nothin with it. While I was overseas in Iraqi Freedom they got another judgment against me for $7800 in small claims court. Now I have nearly $10,000 negitive on my credit and cant even buy a house with a VA loan. They have really screwed me over and I dont know what to do or what I can do.

Any words of wisdom or help please!!!!
