Ask A Lawyer:
> From: Wayne Evans (aftndl@gmail.com, 805 927 1788) > Area of law: (Not sure which area) > Country: United States of America > State: Colorado > Shoddy warranty work and dangerous public health menacing set-up of RV by major RV company. They offered me $3,500 to settle. If I accept, can I still initiate media blitz, ie \"rip-off\" web-sites, consumer protection agency, attormey general, better business bureau etc., without fear of retribution. I want to warn other of this company. I am not happy with the settlement but something is better than nothing. How can I complain/state my opinion without commiting liable? Thank You > > > |

You can yes unless they make you sign a release that you will not do such things.
And they will often require that. |
