Unhappy please help

hi there, i have an issue with an online casino. i will explain as best i can. over several deposits i had deposited the amount of $600 or more. on my final deposit i was very lucky and had a substantial win of about 12,000 usd. i continued to play bringing my winnings down to 8,600 approx. then i proceeded to change games only to find out that my account had been locked. after contacting support via telephone i found out my account had been locked because i had used someone else\'s credit card. i then provided the required docs to prove that i had permission to use cards. i was then told that the docs had been approved but i needed to provide docs to prove my id. as i do not have a licence or a passport i got a statuary declaration, with my photo on it, signed and sent that through with all other required docs. this issue started 14 days ago and i sent through required docs 8 days ago, i was then told it would take a further 24 - 48 hours for financial department to approve. i have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails asking how progress was going regarding my account, to be continuously told that it was still being reviewed. yesterday when i called i was told that my account had been closed and would not be reopened, but support did not know why this was so, and that financial department were still deciding on whether i could withdraw my money or not. i have also called today to again be told the same and there was no time limit on how long the financial department would take to make a decision. i have done nothing wrong nor have i ever been rude, in either my telephone calls or emails, regarding this issue, but my patience is quickly running out and i am extremely distressed and concerned that they are not going to pay me my money that is rightfully mine. i ask if there is anything i can do or if i have any legal rights regarding this matter please. i can provide all corresponding emails between myself and casino if necessary. please inform me what i could possibly do about this. i eager! ly waitfor your reply, sincerely nicole bourke.

Default Re: please help

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
