Default Contractor Rip Off !

Long story short, I hired a contractor in the summer to do some home improvements that were way overdue. I am a senior citizen and money is carefully spent. These thieves have broken my heart by what they did and how they took me for everything I had. I know I am an adult and I should have known better but to add insult to injury, they have posted photos of my home, inside and out on their website. Can anyone tell me if its legal for them to post these without my permission? They entered my home when I was in WV in October and took the shots. Thanks for any information, or help, I don't know what to do or what I can do, if anything.

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office. World Law attorneys could also become directly involved. Email them.
