Default Can an employee of a company that is incorporated be sued by a customer in sm. claims

I was a business owner who incorporated my company. My title was president. My company has been dissolved since last summer and I am being sued (I was served this past December) in small claims court (court date is January 25th) from a customer who was not satisfied with the product we manufactured. My question is: Can he come after me since I was an employee of the company? I thought the purpose of incorporating was so a customer couldn\'t sue an individual emloyed by the company. Any information is
appreciated.

Thank you,
Gary Sipiora

If his contract was with the company he normally cannot sue you personally.

He would have to argue fraud or that the corp was a sham etc.

What did he sign?
