I was a business owner who incorporated my company. My title was president.
My company has been dissolved since last summer and I am being sued (I was served this past December) in small claims court (court date is January 25th) from a customer who was not satisfied with the product we manufactured. My question is: Can he come after me since I was an employee of the company? I thought the purpose of incorporating was so a customer couldn\'t sue an individual emloyed by the company. Any information is appreciated. Thank you, Gary Sipiora |

If his contract was with the company he normally cannot sue you personally.
He would have to argue fraud or that the corp was a sham etc. What did he sign? |
