Possible Business Fruad
So to put a long story short....I paid $1500 for some specific computer training. I spent 5 weeks in New Jersey to do so. had to fly from New Mexico. They had told me that they would train me and then help me create a resume to get a job. However, they are practically forcing me and my fellow students to LIE on our resumes about having prior work experience without actually have any by forging experience from a client from a list.
They also wrote in their email (which is how I found out about this training) that they had a 100% garuntee of job placement. They never mentioned we would have to LIE to actually get the job. Any advice? |

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to the state attorney general's office.
