A local oil company recently delivered a small amount of heating oil (22.5 gal)to my property. He was told three times that he had the wrong address by my mother (85 yo) however he continued to pummp away. The company is trying to charge me their rate for the oil. I told them that I would be in touch with them and not to contact my mother because she was very unsettled by this event. Yesterday the owner came onto my property and again was telling my mother that he was going to get his oil back. He said that he had a lawyer and that it would cost me more than than the oil is wroth due to court costs, etc. In my mother's opinion he was very threatening in his behavior. He has ever tried to contact me. What to do?
