Can I sue T mobile?
Can I take them to small claims court? On September 2011 I contacted T-Mobile about an overage on my bill. They told me that they would make an adjustment on my bill, but they never said anything about extending my expired contracts. I specificity told them I did not want to renew my contract. I would not let my family upgrade with T-Mobile because I didn’t want to renew my contracts. On January 2012 I canceled my service with T-Mobile and went to another company nothing was said to me from T-Mobile when I called and changed my account from 5 lines to 1 line. A month later I received a bill for 4 early termination charges. As far as I was concern my contracts for the four lines had expired. We contacted T-Mobile on several occasions to try and get this matter handled. All we got was “We will have our supervisor call you back,” which never happened. We have asked T Mobil to prove that we had entered into a contract with them. They have told us that that information is not saved, it just happened out of the blue. It seems that that if the information was entered as a renewal of our contracts. It was done after we told them not to, and without our permission. Now they have turned us over to a collection agency. Even if we “Deal” with them, we will have a charge off on our credit report that we do not deserve. |
