Business won't stop charging me for service lo longer provided

I had a reseller account with a hosting company in the US. They emailed me in July to say that they were going to suspend my account due to lack of payment. I emailed a couple of times to say that the money was still coming off my credit card. No response. So after a few days they suspended me, I followed a link to the billing section and set up a second credit card. They began to take money from this also.
I got an email from them to say the service had been resumed, although it hadn't, and every site I hosted with them had a 'suspended' message.
I tried then to cancel both cards from the billing section, but they have taken away the ability to access that section now.
Despite numerous emails to all 4 of their addresses, they still have not replied, have not stopped taking money from both cards, and have not resumed my hosting service.
I contacted the credit card people who bizarrely said I had no authorisation to stop a payment from a credit card once I had begun it!!!
They are doing what they can to contact this firm. However, 1 company that hosted with me has left, another will leave as I cannot recreate their mysql database without access to the server. (4 years of forum posts in the database)
They still refuse to acknowledge me in anyway and the whole situation is extremely frustrating. There must be something legally I can do?
