Can I sue a company in DUBAI? I bought some garments online.

I bought some garments from a dubai store online. They sent me ALL wrong items and i contacted them through email. They said they were sorry and gave me two options, either to send back the items and get the correct items with no extra cost and free shipping or keep the wrong items and give me back money for only 3 garments out of 13 i ordered. I chose to give them back and get th correct ones. I told them i will not pay for sending back as it is not my fault. They agreed to pay for the cost so i sent back the item. Now they are refusing to pay for the cost and will only send me the correct garments. But i have lost £135.95 to send the wrong items back and i want that money back. Can i sue them for this as they are going back on their word and also have spoken to me quite rudely also. I have all the proof in form of emails and screen shots. Please someone help me on what i can do and am i able to sue them and if yes how would i sue? Thanks

I wish to inform you that Article 124 of the UAE Civil Transactions Law No 5 of 1985 (the Civil Code) will have jurisdiction in this matter. You may give a written notice to the other party. If the do not resolve the matter then you may file a lawsuit. The lawsuit will be filed in the Dubai Court of Cassation. You may place all the facts before the court. Further, under the provisions of article 113 of the Civil Code it is the responsibility of the claimant to prove his claim and that of the respondent to refute it.
