Angry new car ruined

What is the name of your state? SC

Hi i recently purchased a new black car (12 miles on it) less then 3 weeks ago. A pressure washing company came and washed my house and told me i didn't need to move my car which was parked in the driveway. Any who around 9:30 i come outside and see one of the workers spraying my car from two feet away, needless to say i figured one of my parents had asked him to spray it so i just got in my friends car who just pulled up and i left. When i came back later in the day my black car looked like someone had poured milk all over it.

White water spots covered the whole car, i washed it 3 times that day. They wouldn't come out, so i called the company and complained, they sent someone out who i thought could get it off but all he did was cover it with wax. so i called my detail er and he washed it. The spots stayed away for a week. Anyway they were back now, i had planned to take it to the dealer but my tire got flat and there isn't a spare one in the whole county!

What i want to know is what are my options here? If the dealer says he cant get the spots out that means i will need new paint and i haven't even made my first payment yet. If i put paint on it I'm told the value will go down when resale or trade in time comes around. What are my options here, do i sue them asking for the value of my car? I managed to get the car for 18k because the dealer screwed with me (long story) But it would cost me 20k anywhere else. Ideas?

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered
