Default I need advise re: payday loan

I got a $300 payday loan from Buckeye Check Cashing of AZ inc. My pay dates are on the 15th and the last day of the month which I explained to the person at the loan office. On July 31st I took in $345.00 which includes the finance charge, and they informed me that my check was deposited in my bank the day before on the 30th. I asked them why they did that when I just got paid today and they told me that is the date they had written down. I checked my paperwork and they were right. I should have checked it but I just trusted that they put the last day of the month since that is when I get paid. Long story short, the check did not clear because I had taken the money out to pay them. So when they called me I took in to the store $375.00 which they said includes the returned check fee. That was on 8/16/07 on 8/17/07 they withdrew $345.00 from my checking account! This has caused my account to be overdrawn now by $166.00 and I have now 3 $38.00 NFS fees! I took my receipt and my bank statement to the location where I paid them $375.00 CASH and explained the situation. They said they can't do anything that it has to be handled by corporate. This was 5 days ago. The man working that day told me he would fax my paperwork to corporate but today corporate still has not received it. The woman at corporate said she would get a hold of the manager at the store and it will probably be tomorrow before she gets the fax from the store and then it will take 24 to 48 hours to get the 345.00 back in my account. What can I do about getting them to pay my NFS fees and shouldn't they have to also pay back the $375.00 not $345.00 since they apparently did not get my check back. Please help me I have been without any money now for 5 days. I mean flat broke. I don't think this is right. I did my part and now they are not doing theres. Please help.

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
