Default Local dealership repossess lemon car and re- sales it in 10 days

Florida- A piece a crap car was sold to me by a local dealership that used EVERY lie in the book to get me to drive off the lot in the car that day. The car lasted me for approximately one month until it slowly began to deterioate. There were problems with it left and right until one day it was no longer able to be driven. While putting all of the money I had, to work on getting my only means of transporation fixed, I got behind only a week and 4 days of my car payment of $200.00, which I had received previous approval that It would not be okay for me to pay on Tuesday or Wednesday of that week. While they approved my promise to pay, on that Wednesday afternoon, they came and repossessed my vehicle, not giving me a full Tue/Wed to pay, and when I called to get my car back, they told me I had to make a full payment of $3990.00, which was more than the actual pay off. They advised me if I didn't come and pick up my car in 10 days with the full amount of $3990.00, it would be sold. What can be done to help me?

I wish to inform you that you may inform car dealer that his act amounts to breach of contract. As you had taken previous approval, therefore, you cannot be held liable for late payment. You may serve a written notice on the car dealer. If the car dealer refuses to resolve the matter then you may file a lawsuit. You may self represent yourself or you may seek the guidance from Legal Aid. You may place all the facts before the court after which the court will decide the matter.
