I have a 2003 Monte Carlo with 90,000 kilometres. I was on the highway and the connector rod let go blowing the engine block and the starter (no power, steering or brakes). Was barely able to get it off the road. Needless to say the engine is toast. A week prior I had it at the same dealership fixing the rear main seal. They claim it is not related. Anybody have any ideas.
Could they be related? Gm is assuming some good will. I am wondering if I should just pay it or pursue this matter further. |

--have an expert look at it and give you his opinion. Then you can sue in small claims if they caused it.
