Cinema Ban -- They Banned Me From Cinema

Hi i made a complaint to a cinema but instead of taking action on my complaint they said that it is dramatically and false allegation to one of our member of staff and now they banned me from cinema, can u please let me know what should i do in this case please?

The ban on you may be taken as retaliation and you may inform law enforcement regarding retaliation along with wrong done to you. If wrong done to you is a civil wrong then you can file a suit and can recover damages.

Thanks for your information can u please give me any contact numbers in detail and plz let me know step by step what should i do? when i contact to head office they said they cant overwrite the decision of operation manager of that site which is quite unfair. The head office should be the third party who has to hear of both parties then make any decision. Plz guide me properly in this regards. I have all the emails/letters till to date which i write down to them plz i need your help i dont want any thing just want lifted ban and apologize from their side. Thanks for ur help in this regard
