Zynga fraud: I payed for reward points in a Zynga game

I will keep it short !!
I payed for reward points in a Zynga game and a few months ago i found out that hey allow people to keep glitched accounts so in my opinion i'v been scammed for my money because by paying i should have an advantage !!!
I need advice is there a chance of winning and how is the procedure if i'm from Europe ???

You may ask for a refund.

And if they do not give it you could sue in small claims court.
