Default INCOMPTENT SHIPPING CO

I started contacting the seven seas shipping company 1week before i left london for USA to ship 2 small boxes of my stuff and from the start all i encountered are the incompetence of their staff how i needed this and that after i already left for london as when i talked to them before hand they said everything is fine and so ok, since i already paid them i might as well finish it so i send them again the documents that they required and i let the person who answered my call to go through the papers and see if everything is missing and they said everything is complete and a week after they emailed me again saying my papers are not complete so i patiently faxed the needed papers and asked again to review it and see if anything is missing and now after 3 weeks they emailed me again saying there is an information missing and even said that they will charge me for the storage of my boxes! and they are telling me just now! when all along i was thinking that my stuff is already on its way. I just want to know if i can have a legal action against them if not because off their sheer incompetence and stupidity! and they have the nerve to be charging me! I really really hope you can advice me on this as soon as you can so i can call them and give them a piece of my mind plus a legal action! thanks

Default Re: INCOMPTENT SHIPPING CO

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior...
