Dear All,
To be honest I am happy to see that I am not the only one to have had such a bad experience with Dino.Direct. I purchase quite often on the web and from all over the world. From China also. And this website is the worst experience that I have ever had. Payment through Paypal, what an error from my side!!! After waiting over one month for my parcel, paypal does not accept any claim. Such a good point for Dino.Direct. Since February, I have not received any parcel, nor any proof of shipment.
The customer service is a nightmare : no competent answer, standard mail in poor english. As I am not english native speaker, this I will never critize. But I wait from a customer service at least a correct answer and explanation. Though all I get is : thank you for your patience. In the meantime, I have more the feeling that they have no interest in doing correct business, and wish only to do one shot sales. The most important for them is to get the money and then disappear.
One advise I can give you all : do not at any case purchase from them. No need to, there are correct and effectiv sales website who offer the same goods and at least hold on their obligations. A sales contract is a sales contract : I did my part in paying in time, they have not respected theirs. I have sent invoices from paypal to get my money back, sent e-mails. All I get is a "resolved" status for my claim on their website. Therefore I have given all the details to my lawyer.

Dear Ms. Louise, CS Manager DinoDirect.

My Order No.*829945Z7-DD dated 10/06/12 and*18138934834-DD *dated 13/06/12. *Opened Case No. 4458797163 and re-open Case No. 6999647632.

I am 100% disappointed and frustrated with DinoDirect. Your company is not a reliable online store to buy from.

1) On 10/06/12, I ordered*A256900EVK,*A257200ALE and A257200APM. All coats.

2) On 11/06/12, I received email from you stating A256900EVK is out of stock. I asked for replacement with A257200ACK. Same day I received email from you stating this is also out of stock.*

3) On 12/06/12, I received email from you stating another item in my first order, A257200ALE, is out of stock.*

You should put 'Out Of Stock' on the photo for items which are unavailable so that you don't waste customer's time!

I asked replacement, A256900DCA and*A2572000YV,*and checked with DinoDavid via Live Chat, and he confirmed both items are in stock.

4) On 15/06/12, I received email stating A256900DCA size M is out of stock and A2572000YV is completely out of stock. Not wanting to loose my money, I asked you to replace*A256900DCA with size S.

I saw in Item 6 of your Help Centre stated full refund is allowed.

"6. Out of Stock: Your order is out of stock, please browse through our website, select one similar item as an exchange, and then inform our customer service representative of the SKU number of the replacement by opening a case or live chat. You may also ask for a same value giftcard equals the total amount of your order or request a full refund for the out of stock item(s)."

Total Paid RM581.67 (Invoice No. DD615181846)
Less A257200APM RM140.69
Less A256900DCA RM238.79
Balance RM202.19

I request full refund amounting RM202.19 for the out of stock items A2572000YV, A256900EVK, and A257200ALE.*

Yet to receive reply from you.

I might as well join Rudi Botha, take legal action against DinoDirect and*log an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau, https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint/ for their unethical business practices.

I have good shopping experience from Dinodirect. Initially I have done so many searches in google for Dinodirect scam. Yes there are more false reviews than positive. But the product which i brought from Dinodirect I received in less than 9 days even though I am from India. You can see my shopping experience from my blog. I will give 10 out of 10 for Dinodirect.

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that I am also another victim. Ordered something (76328982-DD), waited 6 months and eventually the item never arrived and complained and they gave me a credit. Ordered the same stuff again, 6 months late order didn’t arrive, now they say they aren’t going to give me anything because I took too long to report it.

What a scam, how they can get a way with taking your money and giving you nothing for it is beyond me.

I would advise everyone to stay away

Dear Sukun,

We do sincerely sorry for any inconvenience it caused to you.

We rechecked your order and here are details we found:

1. 76328982-DD is the first order you made on August 1, 2011 and was shipped out on August 5 with tracking number RB456127825HK. Timely shipping has been arranged.

As usually it takes about 5 weeks to arrive as you chose Regular Mail and lost time is 60 days, which means if you did not get your package by October 5, you many contact us and ask for compensation.

Then, you contacted us on October 20 informing you did not get your order. We reconfirmed your shipping address offered you $51 giftcard as you accepted. (Actually, the amount you paid for order is USD$45.48, but considering you have waited for a longtime but did not get your items, we offered you some more, which is $51).

First issue has been settle, and we understood each other.

2. Then, you used the $51 giftcard to make another purchase, order number 55936988-DD, on January 9, 2012. This order was shipped out January 11 with tracking number RC081150419HK. Then, you contacted us again on July 19, stating you did not get your order again. It is half a year later, when you contacted us. Our customer service representative tracked your order with tracking number but get no finding and we also contacted the carrier,, but still no answers as it was too long a time that record must be erased. Thus, our cs representative asked whether you could contact your post office to get a paper work stating that the package got lost so that we can make you some compensation.

We understand your situation and we know that you are worried about your items, but as it it was too late to contact us after half a year since the order was dispatched, and we cannot check the record as it usually no longer recorded.
Anyway, since we have made it clearly, we just want you to understand that we are doing business with honesty and moral.

Have a nice day! And we will offer you the compensation about the items which you have not received.

Best regards,

Earlier this year I purchased a voucher from Pigsback.com for an iMiTO 8-inch tablet from Dino Direct. As I expected, it did take a few weeks to arrive, but I was happy to receive my order, especially after reading so many reviews of people being scammed.

However, a few months later the touch screen just stopped working all of a sudden, after charging the tablet. So I set it back to the default factory settings, in case it was a software problem, but that didn't help. Basically, I can turn it on and use the menu buttons on the side, but since the touch screen is unresponsive the tablet is unusable.

I logged a complaint with DinoDirect, and was actually surprised to get a reply within a few days. But they said that items could only be returned within 30 days, and since it was past that, all they could offer me was a $15 voucher. Are they kidding?? Like I'm going to buy anything else from there ever again!!

Well, that's over a hundred euro down the drain. If you do decide to buy anything from them, I hope for your sake it's not a dud!

I paided 2.95 for a USB Bluetooth Dongle it took about 3 weeks to come and is only effective as a Flashing LED light. Impossible to install, no actual drivers for it. glad it was only 3 bucks.

I wouldnt suggest getting anything from them.
