Seems to me like you should be answering some questions before posing any of your own. Stop taking advantage of innocent people.

Stop the spreading of misinformation. No one ever considered Microsoft a scam. What does being "smart" have to do with whether or not a company is scamming people of their money. That would be the equivalent of me saying, "Judging by your grammer and spelling, your just some kid of the street walking around in a fancy business suit thinking your a business owner now." Please stop all of the illogical arguments in favor of your company. YOR.com is not in the same class as the Fortune 500 "Cooperate" companies you are referring to.

Lightbulb Re: yor.com/net fraud help pls get word out

Gosh, reading some of these comments it makes we wonder if some of you ever attended basic English class. If you are reading all of these motivational books why don't you apply what you read? Why did they change their name so many times? Hmm. According to the FTC complaint on file, Denis and co. got ***** slapped with an $11M fine when they were ixp.net (2by2.net) and were served an injunction against running pyramid "type" companies, so maybe, just MAYBE that has something to with the name change. I'd ask each of you to be the judge but some of you sound like irrational little babies and appear to leave your intellectual faculties at the door when you enter the YOR recruitment meetings. Why is it that one of the top managers in the company cannot answer basic financial questions concerning the company and the business or businesses that each person "buys" when they sign up? Because the stupid ***** does not know jack **** and that brown stuff showed all over her little perplexed face when posed with simple basic financial questions. haha! One more thing, and please just try to stay focused.

Pushing the legality (or lack thereof) of YOR's recruiting aside for a moment, if the company is ever expanding with new "franchise owners" selling its product, is there not a point in time when the market becomes saturated with people trying to sell the product? If you have a Waffle House on one side of the street and another one opens on the other side of the street then the potential revenue stream of the first Waffle House must be cut back. Right? Ask yourselves, how does it benefit the other "franchisees" who are trying to sell the product when you move in and establish your own "business" in DIRECT competition with them? Why are they inviting you in? Even the ones that you will not be working under? As to the one you will be under the answer is simple. The people recruiting you are getting a kickback from the company for each person they take in. Can we say P-Y-R-A-M-I-D? If the product were legit the company would focus on the product or service and provide as excellent customer service as possible. Instead YOR focuses on matches, and kickbacks for recruiting. Some of you need to look up the word sophistry and then read a book about it because you are being taken for a ride and you are not aware of it.
Btw, positive thinking does not entail intellectual blindness nor mental enslavement. So think before you call me a negative thinker.
To compare YOR to any Fortune 500 company is like comparing Jimmy's ONE STAR motor home motel to the Four Seasons so don't come with that obvious bull**** because it only shows your lack of good sense.

^^^ Yea, I've read that complaint on file with the FTC. According to the document, they were fined $10.5 million, but because of their "current financial situation" they were only able to pay $400,000. So much for their "super billionaire" (or so they claim to be) leader.

You snake oil salesmen are all the same. Taking advantage of the young, naive and uneducated. How many people in your organization have a college degree or graduted from high school. From what I can tell most of the people there were college DROPOUTS!!! Trained by "District Managers" and "Marketing Directors" who have no real qualifications for the title they hold, who train you to manipulate the youth via illogical fallacies and half truths.

Of course you'll make more than someone making minimun wage at a high school entry level "job", but I highly doubt that you make more than people who own their own practices such as lawyers, doctors and other professionals. The individuals who rank in the tops of their profession make $500,000 plus! Yet you compare yourselves to those professionals who would rank at the lower levels of their respective fields. I didn't know that people who read so many motivational books and attend so many motivational trainings compared themselves to F- students.

Okay let’s educate a few of you. Yor.com is a Multi-level marketing company. Multi-level marketing (MLM) is a business model that combines direct marketing with franchising. Multi-level marketing businesses function by recruiting salespeople (also called Distributors, Independent Business Owners, IBOs, Franchise Owners, Sales Consultants, Beauty Consultants, Consultants, etc.) Continued…to sell a product and offer additional sales commissions based on the sales of people recruited into their downline, an organization of people that includes direct recruits, recruits' recruits, etc. This arrangement is similar to franchise arrangements where royalties are paid from the sales of individual franchise operations to the franchisor as well as to an area or region manager, but in some MLM programs, there can be seven or more levels of people receiving royalties from one person's sales. Hence, it is not a job. It does not require offices. The company has headquarters offices but it might not be in your state since they will place their headquarters offices in the state where they started. In the most legitimate MLM companies, commissions are earned only on sales of the company's products or services. No money may be earned from recruiting alone ("sign-up fees"), hence why you don't make money just by recruiting. You need to get customers to make money.
If you want a regular dead-end 9 to 5 job because you rather help your boss make money then do that but don't join any MLM company because you will actually need to do work and work the system set forth by the MLM company.

The people that complain are the ones that belong in a job working for somebody else. That is okay, just remember you will never be able to make more money than your boss. If you are okay with that then keep your job.

Also, If yor.com was a scam why do they tell you when and where they will be. Would they not just run away? Wouldn't there be cops arresting the yor.com memebers at the event?. hmm, your comments sound like nonsense to me!

So on that note im a person that is about truth and speaks truth and what i stand for so when people bash people or comapnies based on their own peronal lies or thoughts like that ingorant person it just makes me see how people are they spread lies about some company that is legit to make them not look good. thats people like that who have the broke mentality. and i know the people at that company aint worried about this because they backed by well known billion dollar companys that know they are legit.

Exclamation Re: yor.com/net fraud help pls get word out

They ARE frauds and a big scam. I know people involved in it and guess what? They all have regular day jobs too. If this was such an incredible opportunity, they would be able to support themselves just from Yor. One chick I know actually had 2 other jobs...she had a 9 to 5 and worked as a bartender once a week. On that note, she just got fired from the bar recently for stealing tips. Goes to show you the type of people who are involved with Yor.

Big Grin Re: yor.com/net fraud help pls get word out

For those of you who are too blinded by your average thinking and too lazy to get to the things you want because you've been too busy making and accepting the excuses that label you as someone who can't have the finer things in life:

How dare you go on the internet on some website that isn't even controlled by the government and talk about a company you know absolutely nothing about; beside the fact that you have to INVEST in the OPPORTUNITY to work for yourself, and create profit for yourself instead of profit for your boss who only pays you what value he believes you bring to this fine planet we call Earth. We've come to a point where there needs to be no form of convincing anyone to see more for themselves than the little box they've been trained by society to place themselves in. Maybe if you came around and understood how average people think and gain the perspective of what some of the leaders have, you'd have more belief in what goes on. You just see the surface and feel it's get rich quick; maybe the person who you dealt with didn't take care of you the way they should have but at the same time, i'm pretty sure they're new and if the issue was that big of a deal, their ass is terminated from the company.

We do not make anyone do anything and we inform them that it's not get rich quick and it's a lot of hard work. I don't know what you think you heard or what efforts you put towards your BUSINESS, but i'm sure it's not that great. And if you were so shakey about the whole thing, why did you sign up? You have the right to do as you please, no one should force you to pay for anything. If they slapped you up with logical reasoning for getting involved and you knew what they were saying is true, then that means you're not too happy with what you have and you agreed to helping them help you. I think the issue is you were looking for a job and didn't understand that this is something better than a job; But don't worry, you can just list this as another trend in history you never got the chance to take advantage of when you see articles about us all over the place.
