Lease Source Aka MBF Leasing System Inc Scam, Need help asap

Dear Sir/Miss:
My name is Chao Chen. I live in north california. I have received a letter from Lease Source INC's attorney. They said I owed them the total of 1048.95 which I have no idea where they came from.
Few months ago, I checked my bank account statement, I found some company (LeaseSource) had charged me 59.02 per month since June 2, 2008. I filed a case to Bank of America defraud department and told them this is an unauthorized ACH Debit Activity. The Bank of America blocks the monthly payment for me. However, after that I have kept being harassed by phone call from this company and they kept sending me the bills which I never owed them. They said they had proof I had signed up a contact with them which is totally BS. The so called proof they showed me was fake. They forged my signature, and the handwriting wasn't from me. Anyways, I am posting this thread to you because I am looking for hope and some solutions. I am scared because I have never been sued by any company and they also told me they would ruin my credit report. What can I do, help me please~~! If possible I would like to provide more evidences to you.
