wrong item delivered after buying online at RockAuto

On RockAuto online you can search and purchase auto parts.

When buying a car part, I selected on the web site the "upper" and they delivered the "lower". Since parts are in Brazil now, RockAuto refuses to exchange the parts per cost of freight (the price of the purchase) and now, because we don't have the original box anymore, they stamped the "return policy" stating they can't accept anymore. First of all they just ignore the fact they advertize wongly on the web, as on they webpage it said the "upper" part, but they claimed the picture was showing the "lower". Well, they still have it wrong on the web page, and I should not have gone through this hassel if they have it right on their web site.

Do you believe we could sue them for wrong advertisement online? Honestly I feel completely exposed and betrayed. This is beyond rediculus.

Yes you could--at least for any expenses, costs etc. that this has caused you to incur.
