Ebay/Paypal resolution- item is sent back to random address

Thankyou very much for helping me i am very worried about this matter.

Ebay/paypal issue.
I am the seller and the buyer put in the original claim.

I sold a bike-perfect condition-on ebay (photos and witnesses to prove). I was holidaying in the USA and sold it becuase i have 2 bikes (diffrent types) and didn't have enough space to bring it home. My permanent address is in Australia- paypal has this address.

the issue: The buyer did not purchase or make any requests for insurance on the postage of the bike. The bike was damaged in the post. he demanded $200 for damages, even though damages were $36. (i have all this on email).
He disputed issue to paypal who put a hold on the money for the bike. Meanwhile, he was riding bike- i had no money. Paypal granted decision to him saying item was not as described, bike was to be returned to me.

While all this was happening i was back in Australia at my permanant address. Address on paypal account never changed.

Paypal sent out email saying bike was to be shipped to my permanant address in Australia (the address on file). if i was not sent in 10days i would receive my money back. Buyer agreed (on email). Buyer found out cost and refused, demanding an alternate address closer to him.

I was on holiday. No other addresses avaliable. He contacted ebay and was given temorary address from ebay (i thought was very illigal of ebay to give out personal information without my consent). He has sent it to holiday destination- noone there.

I disputed saying i do not live there, your instrustions were for buyer to send it to address in australia he hasn't within 10days i should get the money. The responded saying request for item to be sent to australia has not been approved, buyer will send it to (holiday destination- obtained from ebay- again no consent to give out personal information). I DID NOT REQUEST it be sent to australia, these were paypals original instructions. they are telling me i requested it!!! I have paypals original and modified requests. i have the emails i sent also.

Bike sitting at holiday destination, no signature has been given because i am sitting here in australia. Paypal is closed on sunday so i cannot contact them. I have no way of getting my item- how is this a resolution. I am without product or money.
I have not done anything wrong, I sent a perfect bike, packaged to the best of my ability. Buyer did not purchase insurance on the item to start with. then, he didn't follow instructions, obtained personal informatin from ebay without my consent and sent it to an address no different to sending to the moon. Please help me!!!

Arrange to have it shipped to you. If you wish you can sue him small claims for all costs and damages.
