need advice tonight
I have a business and a customer ordered product from me. Is a custom made product. I told him 6-8 weeks, maybe longer. We have NO contract but he paid in full and I gave him an invoice for the check made out to my company. Today is the 8 week mark and he said if I do not deliver tomorrow he will file fraud charges and have me put in jail. I told him we were about 3 weeks from finishing and he hung up.

That is not fraud...and you will NOT go to jail. It is a bit late and he could seek damages for that. Just get it done asap.
