My car got contimainated gas in it from a local gas station. I was told by the owner of the gas station that the Hess Corp would pay for it to be fixed. I took to dealer to get it fixed and it\'s going to cost 2,600, which now he is saying he won\'t pay. What should I do?

Sorry about this mess. Send him a copy of the bill by certified mail and demand he honor his word. If he doesn't pay up, you will have to sue him in small claims court. Call them for information. It's inexpensive and simple to file. Best of luck! AJJ

Look, the gas stations have electronic readouts of water content in their gas. It is obtainable by subpoena. The last poster, a “real member” of this forum is correct. File a small claims suit and document everything down to cell phone calls.
