Merchants are not legally required to take back or exchange sold goods or to give credit if a consumer regrets the purchase and wants to cancel the sale.

However, if goods are defective from the time of purchase, the merchant must exchange them, repair them or have them repaired at no additional cost to the consumer. Otherwise, the merchant must refund the consumer.

See "Complete information" for the other terms and conditions of exchange or refund.

Default Re: [CANADA] Restocking fee on purchase that wasn't even shipped

someone noticed about 10 business days for shipping.well they have good prices, i think its worth to wait extra few days..if you are in rush , ask first how long it will take...i was told for my GPS will wait 1 month ( it just came out).after month i contact their ticket service - told me it is already on truck comming here and in 3 days i got puro track #.
for the fee ...everybody charge it if you place order and decided to cancel, their trick is to put acceptance of terms and conditions when you place order.everybody do it and they all force to click "i agree" and nobody reads these terms.i guess its not fair , but nothing we can do, we have to accept.
BTW they have stores pc concept,i was there 2 times to get small stuff, pretty nice..i suggest buy there if someone not comfortable to do orders online.
