Angry consumer cmplaint

FLORIDA, Question - inregards ; to a lease agreement whereas ,i have been charged late fees for a period of time vehicle was not in my possesion or delivered to leasee . would this be grounds two counter a lease termination, especially;when the fees has been compounded and balloon for the past three years? Ihave filed complaints-stating-words from lease agreement -that payment will commence on deliverly of vehicle to leasee. they denied my complaint with payments commence on the signing of the lease.also i paid the first month at signing of lease. Is this a consumer rip off or what?????????????
