Default Found worm in canned corn

I recently found a worm in my canned corn while making dinner and threw up violently. Before this, I used to eat this brand of corn all the time, and I don't feel it's right that this is able to happen. I will never be able to eat canned corn again. Is there a case against them for negligence criminal or otherwise?

I also found a worm in my corn. Is it a Ralphs brand?
