I recently paid $89 for bankruptcy filing software from GBS. It didn't take me long to
discover the software was pure junk and I immediately tried to get a refund. The GBS web page of course offers the reassurance of a full money-back guarrantee but it turns out
to be nothing but a scam. To get your refund, your bankruptcy filing ( the one you used the
crappy GBS software to produce) must be rejected by the bankruptcy court. Contacting GBS by email just gets you the typical customer-hostile blow-off reply.
A follow-up email by me got a reply saying that GBS has already answered me.
I would strongly advise any potential customer to stay far far away from Guarranteed Bankruptcy Services.
5/4 For what it's worth GBS is apparently based in London, UK.

You can cancel the charge on your credit card if you you used card.
