cell phone towers
INDIA
I am living in a flat of a appartment in Kolkata. The roof right of that appartment belongs to the developer of that apartment. My concern is that he can install any cell phone network tower on the roof without consult with the flat owners of the appartment. Are mobile tower companies use to consult with the flat owners of the appartment befor installing the tower |

Yes they normally need permission of the building.
The building can remove it otherwise. You can complain to local city gov. officials as well. |
