Confused Auto loan GAP insurance scam

I purchased a used Cadiillac CTS 2006 from a Dodge dealer. When I went to the finance office to sign for the papers thats were the finance guy was working me and asking me I should get service & proctection for a $1 a day and GAP insurance for $20 a month and added those amounts to the total of my loan.

I did get to use the service protection and now I wanted to know about my GAP insurance because I never received the paper work but I did sign the documents that sign me up for the plan but I never received a copy of the original or the carbon copy.

I contacted the dealership that sold me the GAP insurance and they never answered me back and now the dealership has closed down and there is no auto lot running anymore.

What can I do? Can I sue anybody or have my loan reduced? I explained this to my auto loan company and they have no paper work of any kind and I'm responsible for the loan.

I don't know about the GAP insurance, but I have one for a LoJack paid for but never installed. I have tried to communicate to the company, but they have switched owners and I don't know if I can sue the new owner now.

Good luck.
