misusing of funds
i have received a deposit for a logcabin in october 2008 , for various reasons the product has not been made ,and they want to open a case against me for theft , and misusing their funds , what can i do

The simple answer is pay back the deposit.
Unless you have some very good reason you need to pay it back. |
