The reason being for name change is to dodge from legal action and poor publicity. 2by2.net was under a lawsuit for 11 million dollars but was able to get out of it for 400,000 back in LA, California. If you want evidences, just look up 2by2.net in any search engines and do some research, then you will know I am not making up stories. CEO/Co-Founder J.P Morgan and Dennis Wong.

Since 2by2 was saturated in all of California within 2-3 years there. Co-founder Dennis Wong and a bunch of so call leaders such as Michael Mo, Josh Lau, etc went across the East Coast for expansion. I believe JP Morgan got out of it after the law suit in California. First, they change their company name to IXP.net, but now it’s changed again to YOR. Use your common sense on these guys, if this company is legit and have nothing to fear, why would they change their name so many times within the 7 years. I see most of the complaint about this company now that is coming from East Coast. So my guess is there is still a lot of victims like myself who life got ruin because of this illegal pyramid scheme.

As for my own experience for this company, I pretty much dropped out of college because of them. I was so brain washed due to materials they feed me, but I can’t blame anyone for this besides myself for being ignorant. I should have known better instead of thinking there is really a get rich quick scheme. They guarantee me that I will be retired within 3-5 years if I’m willing to work for it. Speaking of retired within 3-5 years, Michael Mo told us 7 years ago while I was still in the company. Why is he still here trying to get more people to be involved with this company? Here is what BS they going to tell you, “It’s because Mr. Michael Mo is a genuine gentlemen who have a good heart and want to see many more success, and he ultimately wants people to remember him even if he dies or have a book written about him.” LOL! I will always remember you Mr. Michael Mo. How can I not remember what you thought me? FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT RIGHT?!?! ARE YOU STILL GOING BY THAT? IM SURE YOU ARE HAHAHA

So I did stay in for quit awhile, but all they do is training you on techniques on how to get more people into the business and nothing on the product. As of product, the product we claim to sell was ISP services and it was suppose gain us residual income, but since they shut down ISP and headed for another industry to continue their scam, anyone that actually had a customer base with ISP is now gone? Where does their residual income plan go now? I would assume it all went in Dennis Wong’s Bank Account.

As for their trainings, I’m sure it’s still the same thing for YOR. They will make you chip in for trainings so they can rent out convention rooms in hotels. When there is someone who asks why do we have to pay for trainings? They going to give you BS with, you are running your business and investing into your own business is part of it. I’m warning you all, people in this company are REALLY manipulative. They are well trained with all kinds of re-buddle for any scenarios. I know that because I am also one of the reps that gave presentation for my down-lines referrals. I am probably still better than some of you who are currently in this business now. In this company I was lucky I didn’t lose much money due to introducing many of my friends into it, but after awhile, I felt bad because I am no longer in denial that I am making money off my friend. Also, many members from this company that went from east coast to west for expansion have now given up and came back realizing YOR is nothing more than a scam that ruins people life.

I am posting my own experience and warning others because I don’t want to see more victims. This company tends to targets young adult between the age of 18-22 because that’s when they are on their own in colleges and vulnerable. I hope this post will save many lives out there. Good luck to you all! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PREDATORS!!!

FYI - YOR CORP OFFICE is just a paid person who tries really hard to be professional and defending YOR. Don’t believe a word they say. All those investigations that they mention they will do don’t mean it. Also, Guide lines rep must follow is also a lie. They will not terminate anyone because that would be one less person to get contacts for them to scam.

I will be more than happy to answer any question on this thread. Example, how they scam, what techniques they use and what things were asked to do from a rep during meetings/training. I am willing to state what I know to take these guys down! I WANT TO SEE DENNIS WONG BEHIND BARS FOR MANY LIVES HE RUINED!!!

Im interested further more in your experience because, I was catching on to what was going on there was certain meetings I couldnt attend but only ''Reps'' So I came to the conclusion that they were trained to how to lure people in. My rep basically gave me what this was all about by her own words ''How to trick people'' To contradict by what others have stated in this forum...theres better chances of a better income working at a fast food joint than YOR. My rep I asked her how high was her profit of this she said ''200'' thats the average most make there for what? busting your ass trying to get people and she quit college poor woman but the hotel lobby imeeting in a luxurious hotel was pretty cool lol

Trainings or meetings that you can not attend yet probably is what they call as ORG meeting. During these meeting, they pretty much just talks about how many new reps will be signed by the end of the week. In another word, how many each rep is accountable to sign up for the week. They do not want any new members to attend it yet because it will lead them to the truth. Truth is that majority money is made by signing up more people and not selling the products. They will start letting new members go after they are brain washed.

For new reps, the first thing they are going to teach is is how to re-buddle other people's questions about the company and re-buddle target's reasons for not joining.

For Ex: Here is a common one.
Guest: I'll need to think about it.
Rep are trained to say : What do you have to think about? If there is a brand new BMW sitting in front of you and I said that I'll give it to you for 390, would you have to think about it? Of course the guest will say NO. Then they will link back to signing up with the company and say it is the same deal.
I was trained for too many re-buddles to list them all, but that's what they do.

This article is about YOR before they changed name. Dennis Wong still the jerk behind all this though. Their ass got busted in the West Coast and now they trying to scam more people in the East Coast! SIGH!! why wouldn't these heartless people stop ruining others life?

You either believe in the credible FTC government article or a bunch of teenager who are telling you what the company is? Make your own choice.

FTC Cracks down on Internet Mall Pyramid Promoters
Operators of online malls that disguised themselves as legitimate business opportunities have settled Federal Trade Commission charges that they were actually illegal pyramid schemes, in violation of federal law. Seven individuals and four businesses will be barred from making false or misleading statements about earnings or income and engaging in illegal pyramid operations. Four also will be barred from participating in any multilevel marketing businesses. The defendants are subject to suspended judgments totaling $12 million.

The Internet mall businesses operated independently, but they shared attributes: both operations promised substantial incomes; both touted products, but investors didn’t really earn money by selling them, but by bringing in other investors; and most investors lost money.

In July 2003, the FTC filed a complaint charging that Tucson, Arizona-based NexGen3000.com and its principals marketed Internet “shopping malls” that they claimed would enable investors to earn substantial income and commissions on products bought over the Internet. The malls contained a collection of links to retail Web sites maintained by merchants. The defendants allegedly advertised their business opportunity through the NexGen Web site, live presentations, and telemarketing calls, and maintained a network of affiliates to help promote and sell the malls. Consumers paid a registration fee to join the NexGen program, and most also purchased a “WebSuite” including the Internet mall and related goods and services. A “Basic WebSuite”cost $185, including the registration fee, and a “Power Pack WebSuite” cost $555. NexGen allegedly claimed that “each activated business center has the potential to earn up to $60,000 per week.”

The FTC alleged that the defendants deceptively represented that consumers who participated in their scheme would earn substantial income, when in fact most investors lost money in the operation. The complaint also states that the defendants provided deceptive marketing material to affiliates – providing them with the means to deceive others. The agency alleged that the defendants failed to disclose that a substantial percentage of participants would lose money, and that the scheme was actually an illegal pyramid. The practices violated the FTC Act.

The defendants, NexGen3000.com, Inc.; Globion, Inc.; Robert J. Charette, Jr.; David A. Charette; Stephen M. Diamond; Christine Wasser; Infinity2, Inc.; and Edward G. Hoyt are permanently barred from participating in any pyramid plan, and all but Hoyt and Infinity2 are barred from participating in any multi-level marketing businesses in the future. All are barred from making false or misleading earnings or income claims, and if any earnings, profits or sales claims are made, the settlements require that the defendants disclose the number of people who have earned, profited, or sold at least the amount and the percentage of total participants or purchasers who have earned, profited or sold the amount. The settlements include suspended judgments in the amount of $1,651,034 against David Charette and Stephen Diamond. If financial documents provided by defendants David Charette and Stephen Diamond to the Commission are found by the court to contain material misrepresentations or omissions, the entire amount of the suspended judgment would be immediately due.

Another Internet mall, Mall Ventures, Inc., doing business as 2by2.net, recruited investors into their pyramid as “eCommerce Consultants” for $300 to $420 per spot. According to the FTC’s complaint, the defendants touted 2by2.net as a lucrative business opportunity in which consumers could earn over $1,000 per month if they were just “1% successful,” and up to $117,000 per month after five years of effort. Many consumers were persuaded to pay up to $2,940 for multiple spots and to spend thousands of dollars more in their attempts to make money through 2by2.net. As with the NexGen program, 2by2.net’s Internet malls contained links to retail Web sites maintained by third-party merchants. The FTC alleged that 2by2.net falsely represented to its eCommerce Consultants that they could make substantial commissions on purchases made through these 2by2.net Internet malls, as well as by selling Internet access, vitamins, and prepaid long distance telephone cards. The defendants also stated that consultants were “limited” to earnings of $15,000 per week, implying that it was reasonable to hope to earn that much money as an eCommerce Consultant. As the FTC charged in its complaint, the few eCommerce Consultants who made money through 2by2.net did so by recruiting others into the program, and the vast majority of eCommerce Consultants made very little or no money, regardless of the effort expended.

The settlement with Mall Ventures and its co-founders Jeffrey P. Morgan and Dennis Wong bars them from participating in any prohibited marketing scheme, including any business that operates as a pyramid scheme. It bars them from misrepresenting the potential or likely earnings or income from any business venture, the benefits any participant can expect, and assisting others to make misleading claims. They are required to provide upfront disclosures about actual earnings and prohibited from erecting unreasonable barriers to investors who want refunds.

The order contains a suspended monetary judgment of $10.4 million, the amount of consumer injury. Based on the defendants’ financial condition, the order requires them to pay $400,000. If the court finds that the defendants misrepresented their assets to the Commission, the entire $10.4 million will become due.

NOTE: A stipulated final judgment and order are for settlement purposes only and does not constitute an admission by the defendant of a law violation. Consent judgments have the force of law when signed by the judge.

NOTE: The Commission files a complaint when it has “reason to believe” that the law has been or is being violated, and it appears to the Commission that a proceeding is in the public interest. The complaint is not a finding or ruling that the defendant has actually violated the law.

Copies of the complaints and settlements are available from the FTC’s Web site at Federal Trade Commission and also from the FTC’s Consumer Response Center, Room 130, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20580. The FTC works for the consumer to prevent fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices in the marketplace and to provide information to help consumers spot, stop, and avoid them. To file a complaint in English or Spanish (bilingual counselors are available to take complaints), or to get free information on any of 150 consumer topics, call toll-free, 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357), or use the complaint form at Federal Trade Commission. The FTC enters Internet, telemarketing, identity theft, and other fraud-related complaints into Consumer Sentinel, a secure, online database available to hundreds of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad.

Can you clarify on this statement a bit more? You state the "100% no hassle return policy on our health products" when a person "gets started with our company." From reading the complaints, it would seem that there are several fees such as $390, $5 and some multiples around $2900. You could also clarify this if it's wrong. Are these included in the return policy? If not, your statement "there is little risk to get started with our company" is false and you're purposely making the statement vague by bringing attention to the products. In YOR defense, the products appear similar but a bit watered down in formula to some award winning NSI products, so they are probably perfectly fine products for someone just getting their feet wet in the health industry. By my calculations, the vitamins and protein are under $7 per bottle, making the Independent Distributor a profit close to 1000% depending on their distributer cost. Albeit who would buy it at that price, but that's not the concern is it?

Why would they be concern about the price? Their main cashflow through this company recruiting and selling membership (390). Vitaman & health supplies is just a decoy to make them somewhat legal in the United States. they are just manipulating a MLM system to benefits themself. So again, HELL they care if you can sell the product or not. Just bring in some new members! SCAM!

My personal testimonial about this company I hope shares more light than what already has about this deceiving company and their tactics to ''recruit''. I decided to write this article hoping someone my age or anyone in particular can turn back from these frauds and the read is worth it. As we all know they fuction through network-marketing, I was aware of these people by nicely dressed people with pads and marking down phone numbers with the same phrase ''Hey are you looking to make extra income? Our company has been expanding and its health nutruition'' I am a college student and this seemed to me to good to be true offering a job to me especially in this economic period.

Well I said..I am umeployed I have nothing to lose so I gave my number. They didnt give me a name or website when I asked but they call me on Friday to dress nice and that ''top executive leaders wanted to see me and see if I qualify'' and that scholarships were available hmm we met a Boston Market around a Holiday Inn by 57th and 9th and 10th..I was companied by Collete my recruiter/Rep and Ms. Sylvia Onye and a African man who was 50.

Once we sat we was told to ''take notes and to be very sharp'' we introduced each other the African man was Manny and had work as a janitor in Maryland to come to Ny to work at a healthcarecenter I felt sympathy towards him because he seemed so eager and optimistic and to be told we was now ''competing'' against each other to qualify towards the next event so we was introduced to the products by a sharped dressed gentleman who I first thought was Russian as we was told his sad sorrow story how he wished he had more money before entering YOR how he was mentored by Mr. Evaji. All seemed to be captivating and persuasive but at the same time confusing that is a tactic they use. Once we got to the whole aspect that noone is investing in anything else but there health I agreed to the point where we was told to get started we was suppoed to buy a sett!!!! WOW that imediately flashed in my head as a scam the cheapeast was 494.00!! thats more than the tuition I pay monthly for school!!!

Once that was done Collette my rep came and imediately smiled ''Which one U wanny buy'' I was schocked there true colors was showing I kept a strong eye on my surroundings with the other Reps and I felt a very fraudelent vibe from them I did not feel safe nor did I feel cared for. I told her my situation and they all smiled like '' Dont worry money is not an issue hahaha'' so my rep told me it was time for the next step that top executives was going to be there and if I had 12 dolalrs to pay! I was like woah what company makes you pay for training.

To make a long story short we went to the Holiday Inn at 57th and 9th and 10th about 500 antendees was present and had different speakers of the great con man Johny Ly....Josh lau....Adriana etc.. the women were beautiful but very brainwashed they laughed at everything the speakers said and alot of comments like ''thats true thats true'' like it was all planned I was also introduced to Eyston Perez and was told to ask him questions since I am eager to learn bout business I asked him this man seemed like a complete turd like a complete idiot but not as much as me who was taking down notes on pure stupidity and comon sense. During the meeting we was lined up to give the person beside us a masaage and also to stare for 2 minutes at complete strangers awkward moment but hell of a laugh for the leaders I was to busy taking a piss when they did that. I met a young fellow from Brooklyn and asked him while my rep was gone if he beleived it he said he hopes so and that hes pursuin a G.E.D. Another fellow I met actually goes to my school and we spoke in spanish if this was true and he was skeptical and bought the pack already as soon I let him know it was a scam he cancelled the transaction and left lol during break he was lucky however since my rep kept a close eye on me it was a very awkward moment because they smirked and tried to contain laughter for some reason.

After everything was done I was lied to again it was gonna last a hour more when it was 3 hours these people have antended these meetings before so why lie? We met in a circle of our ''team'' we was being persuaded very strongly that its our own choice if we want to stay broke blah blah try to intimidate us and to do our part in selling this scam I really felt bad for the African man he purchased a pack Im not sure how much but they sat him in a different table they fed on this mans dreams and this happens alot in YOR in conclusion these people feed on young men and women and use tactics to brain wash good thing I did my part on telling the person I met to pursue college even if its community.

DO NOT SUPPORT YOR-YOUR ARE WORKING TO MAKE JOHNY LY AND OTHERS RICH IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY MAKE UR OWN BUSINESS WORKING FOR SOME1 WILL NEVA GUARENTEE GOOD CASH
