Default Website Complaints

Hi, i sold my site a month ago and the subject of the sale was the domain established, today, which means almost 1 month pass, buyer is trying to find excuses talking about the contents.

Our terms made before starting the transaction was: "Understand the content is not subject to the sale and we do not own none of the files" and he agreed with it and proceeded with the sale, Escrow.com can testimony since they guaranteed the close of the sale by the user.

He first told us lies about articles and when we got in touch with the copyright owner, he told us it is a matter of images and not articles and now the images has been deleted.

Now he's telling us: Either refund or taking legal actions. We will kindly need an advice from you since you might no more about legal dealing, if what he is trying to do is correct.

We also found out on the web a week ago before this problem he is selling the site to someone else saying he sadly hasn't got time to take control of the site.

Can you please help us or any advice to defend from this buyer?

Best regards.
