Angry INconvience

Should I get a reimbursment from a store if they cause me inconvenience for 25 days. Here's my situation; I have been harassed by a Rogers Video store, by phone and through mail. They told me that I did not return a movie. So I went to the store and told them that I returned it and they told me it's not on their file. Then they sent me a letter saying their going to send it to the collection agency.So I told them I could have brought it back to another one of their stores and they called the other store and told me that the other store daoesn't have it either. Then later they called me and told me they had found it at the other store(the same one they had called earlier and said it was not there).
