Confused To be or not to be.....?

I have a situation and I have been trying to find out what legal possibilities could come of it all. I live near Calgary, Alberta Canada and had a big furniture company to which I do have a credit card and have ordered from a few times over the years, call me to say my order of a sofa and loveseat were ready for delivery. I told them I did not know of an order unless my wife did it without telling me (which is not anything new). They had my name on the order, my phone number but the address was in the same town but slightly different street address. They went ahead and took my current street address and sent the order a couple days later. The Brick delivered the order on New Year's Eve and I signed the order form that had my name, address, and phone number. I set the furniture up to surprise my wife only to find out when she got home that she did not order it either. The Brick called the next morning saying that the order was to go to someone with the same name as myself and also lives in the same town. I asked them how did they make the mistake of calling me instead of this other person but have yet to really get a proper answer. Needless to say, my wife wants to keep it and I have had a few people tell me that they do not think that The Brick can legally take back the order unless I willingly give it to them. Morally I feel that I should pay them something for the order but the more I keep thinking about it, the more I feel that The Brick made this mistake and have put us through a lot this past week and now I feel that I should keep the order and not have to pay for it. They made the first mistake of calling the wrong person, I did sign for the order which did have my name, address, and phone number on it, and ultimately now I have the furniture in my house. I need to find out if they can legally take the order from me or if there is nothing they can do unless I willingly give it back to them. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
