fitness center robbed my mom
Can I sue in small claims on my mom's behalf of the fitness center that robbed her over 1 couple of thousand dollars? I won my recent traffic case so feel I can win hers too! Power of Attorney is what I should claim right? The judges are not always support the consumer's rights here.

Call and ask the clerk of court if a POA will suffice.
Many (but not all) small claims courts will allow it. |
