Bad software

I bought a software from a company to make a network community (kind of like Facebook) but the software is full of bugs. It cost me 300$ Us plus a 75$ more for a branding free option. There was no money back guaranty and there was a demo on the website before buying. But a demo doesn't show everything. When I bought it and really tried it I discovered the bugs. One of the options I was most interested in (a voice recorder) doesn't even work. More over a video recorder is suppose to work only if I have a flash media server (which I don't) but they were saying that was not a problem if I installed Red 5. I did install the Red 5 and it still doesn't work. Now I am not a newbie in software installation. I can recognize a bad software. I went into their forum to search for solutions only to find out that I was not the only one complaining about the same bugs.

Then I asked for my money back (that was a week later). I got no answer from the company. I when through 2CO... twice... still no answers. 2CO was very cooperative btw. Now I filed a complain with bbb.com the better business bureau, but I doubt I will get an answer. If that be the case, what do you think I should do? I know it may not seem like a lot of money but for me it is a lot. Thanks for any advice you can give me. And I know, in the future I will be more carefull before I take my credit card out.
