Service was terrible--everybody acted like it was an imposition that we showed up. Wait was terrible. Very unprofessional. I would strongly recommend you avoid and schedule an appointment with real doctors that have a private practice they are concerned about!! Simply the worst medical service I ever had.

I have been there several times and find the service to be outstanding. The physcians are the best!!

Was there today.

Wasn't great but wasn't too bad.

It is true that reception seems a little bored with their jobs.

been there a number of times both at 34th street and 24th street. good experiences both places. Really liked dr sadri at 34th.

had a few bad experiences with dr gordon (?) but thats it. otherwise great!

Spent 2 hours waiting as a walk-in and had to leave, after arriving to a half-empty waiting room. Next day, with *4* people there, waited 2.5 hours until I realized that people who arrived after me were being called. WTF? Better to go to a real facility.

I went to the 23rd street clinic late yesterday afternoon, had to wait only about 20 minutes to see a doctor about a scratched cornea. Everyone seemed really nice, but the prescription I was given was dated for next week, and I need the medicine right away so I called them back and the woman on the phone gave me a lot of attitude, sighing into the phone. I'm not sure what that was about, but for me at least it was a cheap alternative to the ER with decent service.

Was positively the WORST experiance I ever had.

I walked in with a horrible cough, the kind people want to wear masks around. I waited about 3 hours to see the WORST doctor ever, Dr. Chang- or Chung, I forget his name. He was rude, condescending, and didn't listen to a thing I said. Accussed me to wanting meds for no reason- hello, I couln't even breathe properly. He claimed my lungs were clear, and said if I really wanted he would presecribe a cough syrup and inhaler for the wheezing. I was in his office for about 4 minutes.

Then I picked up my prescriptions, brought them to the pharmacy, paid an insane amount for what I thought was the inhaler to healp me breathe. Well turns out Dr. Chung/Chang decided to prescribe an expensive antibiotic, after telling me I didn't need it, but no inhaler. IDIOT.

I wouldn't go there if I was dying, and neither should you.

They are worst, I went to 16th St. even after paying full amout of bill they sent legal notices, collection agents kept calling. horrible.. horrible...., am looking to sue them for harassment.
